About me

I'm a qualified Integrative therapist with a specialism in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I can help you construct a personal plan that will transform the way that you think and act. This will enable you to take steps to improve any difficulties that you may be experiencing.

Throughout my life I have been dealing with common problems such as stress at work, illness, bereavement and the ups and downs of family life. Tired of being worn down, I sought a new enlightened way of dealing with them. Self help literature that I devoured over twenty years and self discipline empowered me to transform how I thought and acted. My interest, thirst for knowledge and determination to help others then led me to my studies as a therapist.

All in all it has been a wonderful experience and I am still learning every step of the way through continued self development and collaboration with clients. You too can start your own journey and getting in touch with me will be your first step!

I can work with individuals and groups to help them make improvements with issues such as:

Why me?

I am passionate about helping others overcome difficulties in their lives. I seek to build continuous improvement in my skills and approach.

Before entering the world of therapy I worked in various roles in Government dealing with a range of colleagues, senior officials, Government Ministers and sensitive stakeholders.

I have been involved in many working groups focussed on developing solutions to problems and improving working practices.
